Hi, there! I’m Ruth Shogelola!
Junior designer by day, passionate chocolate debater by… well, also by day (maybe a little at night. I work at Entain, in the fast paced world of sports betting where my design journey has been as unexpected as my new side hobbie as office DJ. Who would’ve thought I’d get the name DJ Ruthless at work.
I’ve always had a passion for design, but I always thought I’d be designing for entertainment. Instead I found myself in a completely unfamiliar world - and it’s been one of the best things to happen to me. It’s pushed my boundaries and opened my eyes to how diverse and dynamic design really is. As an early-career creative, I’m embracing this time to experiment, be bold, and explore just how far design can go.
So, stick around, because the next few years are going to be packed with lessons, laughter, and some pretty cool designs (if I do say so myself).
